The software makes possible to know:
- How much is spent in training of a particular employee within the last year
- Confirmation and attendance to a training courses
- Classrooms availability for a specific course
- Who has not done any specific on-line training course yet
- What is the evaluation of a course and/or teacher by participant or group
- Where is each participant and what additional resources are needed (hotel, flights...)
- Warnings in real time
- How many times has been an ongoing, far has cost the course, who has attended, which notes have been taken out mean.
- Prepare reports for higher management on indicators and targets.

TrainingRes is an open source web application, developed in PHP v5.- OS: Linux, Windows XP/2000/2003, Solaris 10, Mac OS X, Netware 6)
- Web server: Apache v.1 or v.2, IIS for Windows (and PHP)
- DB: (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle)
- It's native connected with Moodle
- Users simply must have one of the most common browsers.
